Hi there! I am Neha, a birth and postpartum doula based in Sammamish, WA. 

My path to becoming a doula was shaped by my own births and medical experiences at Northwest Hospital, Swedish Issaquah, and Virginia Mason. I know the power of a doula because I lived it twice, whose presence completely transformed my experience. She was the anchor that kept me grounded, providing the safety I needed to trust my body. I know that even the most empowered birth can be followed by a challenging recovery. My own postpartum transitions were marked by the reality of Postpartum Anxiety (PPA), a difficult breastfeeding journey, and a 5 finger diastasis recti that required patience and dedicated healing. These challenges were humbling, but they were also my greatest teachers.
